退換貨政策

• 收到貨品後七日內如有問題請盡快通知我們，過後不會受理。
• 材料包及按所需數量剪裁的貨品為訂製品，如非貨品本身質量問題均不可退換。
• 已使用或已清洗過的物品不可退換。
• 減價貨品不設退換。
• 如膠版型在運送途中損壞，我們可補寄相應版型；自取途中損壞的則不獲補發。
• 所有贈品如有漏發不會補寄，可自取或跟隨下張訂單一併寄出，贈品不可退換。
• 圖片已調至最接近實物色，每個顯示屏會有顏色差異，恕不接受色差問題退款，對顏色有要求的顧客，歡迎到工作室看過實物才購買。

Return & Refund Policy

• Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since you received the parcel, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
• Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
